How long does it take to get my order?
You should receive your package within 24 - 48 hours of placing the order excluding Fridays and Public holidays.

Can I change my address?
You can change your address anytime by going to My account > My addresses. It is best to do so before confirming your order. Please remember to provide us with a reachable mobile phone number. Our dedicated delivery team will call you when they're on their way to give you an estimated time of arrival.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order with 24 hours by calling us and sending us a whatsapp message on +962798292829. However, if you receive your order and decide that you no longer want it you will be charged for the delivery.
Can I add/change my order?
Once your order has been placed and dispatched you can no longer add/change it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Can I return my order?
Once you receive your order and our delivery person left your premises you can no longer return any item. You can only exchange the items.
Can I exchange items?
At Hadayana Stores we want you to be confident with all your purchases. For that reason we strive to make your purchases ones you are happy with and try facilitate exchange when requested. However, if you fail to meet the Returns & Exchange Policy terms and conditions, Hadayana Stores reserves the right to refuse exchange on item(s).
We have your health in mind; therefore, for hygienic purposes the following items are excluded from our Exchange Policy:
You can exchange the full priced items provided;
You can exchange the sale items provided;
You can exchange in-store in any of our branches or through the delivery services we provide by calling us on +962798292829 but you will be charged for the delivery fees.
In any group discounts e.g. 2 for 1 promotion, all items must be returned and fall under the exchange only policy provided all the conditions are met, except in the case of faulty items which will be dealt with as seen fit.
Exchanges can only be exchanged for the same value or more of the purchase price of the item being returned.
What should I do if I received a faulty item?
We double check all the online purchases to make sure they are in line with the customer's order and are defect-free before leaving our warehouse. However, if you do receive a faulty item please contact us on +962798292829 within 10 days for full priced items and 3 days for sale items and we will gladly return it for you.
