How long does it take to get my order?

You should receive your package within 24 - 48 hours of placing the order excluding Fridays and Public holidays.

What is the delivery cost?

Can I change my address?

You can change your address anytime by going to My account > My addresses.  It is best to do so before confirming your order. Please remember to provide us with a reachable mobile phone number. Our dedicated delivery team will call you when they're on their way to give you an estimated time of arrival.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your order with 24 hours by calling us and sending us a WhatsApp message on +962798292829. However, if you receive your order and decide that you no longer want it you will be charged for the delivery.

Can I add/change my order?

Once your order has been placed and dispatched you can no longer add/change it.
