Do you ship overseas?

We currently only operate in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan but will open our store for worldwide shipping soon.

How long will it take to get my order?

You will receive your package in 24 - 48 hours from placing your order excluding Fridays and Public holidays.

What is the delivery cost?

Delivery Charge in Jordanian Dinars(JDs) Area / Province 2.5 JDs Amman 3 JDs Zarqa, Ain Al Basha, Sahhab 5 JDs Al Thulail, all other provinces

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours by calling us and sending us a whatsapp message on +962798292829. However, if you receive your order and decide that you no longer want it you will be charged for the delivery.

Can I return my product?

Once you receive your order and our delivery person left your premises you can no longer return any item. You can only exchange the items.

Can I exchange my product?

Yes you can. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns Policy.

What do I do if the item I want is no longer showing online?

Generally popular items tend to sell out quickly so be sure to grab yours first. However, you can always stop by our shop to check it is still in stock there or Contact Us.

Why can't I find the item I saw in store online?

We try our best to have the full range of products online but sometimes the item sells out or is not available online.

An item has a different price online and in store?

We aim to have the same prices both online and in store; however, we have occasional online only or in store only promotions. To get the best out of our offers and not miss out on any specials Create an Account and we will let you know about any sales and new arrivals.

What is the accepted method of payment?

We currently accept Cash On Delivery.

I have forgotten my account password?

No problems go Log In section and press the "Forgot Your Password?" button and simply input your email. We will email you a link to reset your password to the email address provided.

How do I change my details in my Hadayana Stores account?

If you are already signed up, when you log in choose My Account and choose 'My Addresses' to change shipping and/or billing details. If it has been a while since your last order, we recommend you check that your details are up-to-date before placing any new orders.
