At Hadayana, we value your satisfaction and strive to offer you a seamless shopping experience.
This policy outlines our simple and transparent process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
You may return any item within 10 full days from the date of delivery — no questions asked.
We will arrange for a courier to collect the item directly from your location — no need to leave your home.
Shipping fees will be calculated based on your area, and you will be notified of the cost before confirming your return.
Once our courier collects the item, you will receive an SMS within 24 hours confirming that your refund process has started.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
For orders paid Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed through CliQ.
Please provide your CliQ account name or number when submitting your return request.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Underwear
Socks
School stationery
Swimwear
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
A return request must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the order.
Hadayana reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approving the refund.
If the item is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, the return request will be declined.
In such cases, the customer will be notified and asked to collect the item from one of our stores within a specified period.

The exchange is made within 10 days of purchase.
You present the original Hadayana invoice (bank statements are not accepted).
The item is unworn, unopened, and unused.
The item is in its original saleable condition.
All tags and labels are attached.
You complete an Exchange Form.
You may exchange sale items provided that:
The exchange is made within 3 days of purchase and during the sale period only.
You present the original Hadayana invoice.
The item is unworn, unopened, and unused.

You can exchange items through:
Visiting any Hadayana Store branch.
Or using our delivery exchange service by contacting us at +962798292829.
📦 Note: For exchanges via courier, the customer will bear the full shipping cost,
and the amount will be confirmed before the exchange is processed.
For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:
Underwear
Socks and hosiery
Accessories
Potty training products
All products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure quality.
However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us at +962798292829 within:
10 days for full-priced items, or
3 days for sale items.
We will gladly arrange an exchange or return at no extra cost.

Choose Your Refund Method:
Visa Card: Refunds will be processed back to the same Visa card used during purchase.
CliQ: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed through CliQ.
